We are seeking an experienced Purchase Planner to join our team at Exactpi Recruitment & More. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Inventory and Purchase Planning process, working closely with various departments to ensure alignment between sales forecasts, inventory management, and production planning.
About the Role:
The Purchase Planner will report directly to the Director of Purchase and Sourcing and be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Forecasting and demand planning: Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to develop accurate demand plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in S&OP, purchase planning, or supply chain management. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and proficiency in S&OP software and tools are essential. Additionally, the ability to make data-driven decisions and problem-solve effectively is critical.
