About The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for bringing top-tier talent to drive our organisation forward.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp their specific needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
Your expertise will be pivotal in navigating the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers.
You will have the opportunity to engage in strategic projects aimed at refining our recruitment processes, ensuring they remain agile and responsive to our evolving needs.
Your responsibilities will extend to providing consultative support to the region, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective attraction strategies and sharing industry best practices.
You will leverage your creativity to design innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring a diverse pool of top-notch candidates across all functions and levels within the organisation.
You will stay abreast of market trends and legislative updates, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment in our recruitment efforts.
About You- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/agency recruitment, in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Experience making executive level hires
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and managing the offer process, across a range of EMEA corporate functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable interpreting recruitment data through analytical tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau)
- Experience using recruitment tools, such as an ATS (preferably Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- A self-starter, multi-tasker, energetic recruiter, with a positive attitude and a passion for providing a best-in-class candidate experience
- Fluent English (other European languages would be an asset)
