Job Title: Integration Manager

At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. As an Integration Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients to deliver large, complex Data Center projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder management: Represent and maintain relationships with clients and liaise with external stakeholders.
  • Technical infrastructure management: Be responsible for the management of the project's technical infrastructure.
  • Project coordination: Coordinate and monitor planned execution relating to the Early Access (EA) and other critical milestones.
  • Project management: Manage the project through its relevant phases (design, procurement, construction, and handover) ensuring requirements and deliverables are being met.
  • Communication: Ensure effective and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract.
  • Leadership: Lead or attend key meetings and provide progress reports, collaborate to resolve issues, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
  • Scope management: Manage and report on the planning and execution status of scopes and deliverables such as Furniture, Fixture, and Fittings (FF&E), Audio Visual (AV), Radio Over IP (ROIP), Telecoms, internal and external facility and network, Security, physical and electrical, Corpnet WLAN, CMMS, PMS, and BMS.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role as Integration Manager.
  • Successful delivery of large-scale, complex, multidisciplinary construction Data Center projects for clients.
  • University degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civils or closely related field.
  • Strong team attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to support other groups and projects when required.
  • Influencing skills and strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, management, and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage expectations, influence change, and report/update accurately on progress drawing on strong planning and organization skills.
  • Understanding in areas of MEP and/or CSA disciplines.
  • Client-side or GC background is preferred.
  • International work experience or working within an international context is an advantage.
