Finance Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Graduate to join our team at KH Chemicals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive reporting system for working capital Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This graduate assignment offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical skills and knowledge in finance and control to drive business growth. You will work closely with our supervisors and stakeholders to design and implement reports that provide actionable insights into our working capital performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial data analysis, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should be able to work independently, take initiative in research and analysis, and collaborate effectively with others.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Control
• Analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and bottlenecks
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to formulate and implement recommendations to optimize working capital
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
• Independence with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative in research and analysis
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors and other stakeholders
• Curiosity with a proactive attitude and willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills
• Organizational talent with the ability to plan and organize work effectively to meet deadlines
