Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Compliance team in Amsterdam. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our global Compliance and Product teams to analyze customer, transaction, and risk data to unlock actionable insights and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer, transaction, and risk data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce risks.
  • Develop data models and perform statistical analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  • Design and build impactful tooling that structurally adds value to our Compliance teams and develop scalable solutions that enhance data accessibility and usability for stakeholders.
  • Use data insights to proactively shape and drive strategy across our Compliance teams and influence priorities both in Compliance and Product with data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Technical and strategic hybrid with a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience with big data tooling, i.e. PySpark, Hadoop, and Airflow.
  • Great communicator able to effectively communicate complex data-related concepts and outcomes to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Self-starter proactive in identifying opportunities, devising solutions, and managing projects independently.
