Royal IHC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agile Product Management Intern to join our Digital team. As an Agile Product Management Intern, you will play a key role in assisting the product owner in the entire Agile product management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in prioritizing and preparing backlog items for the development team
- Guide the development team through refinements, daily scrums, and reviews
- Test and validate product increments
- Plan and prepare releases
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Information Management, Strategic Management, or a related field
- Affinity with digital technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
