Job Title: Localization Producer

Job Summary:

The Localization Producer will oversee the localization process for assigned projects, ensuring quality, timing, and testing to bring AAA products to market. This role will work closely with the Senior Localization Producer and Global Localization Director to manage day-to-day aspects of full product localization, marketing, PR, and corporate materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and monitor large localization projects independently, ensuring consistency with timelines, quality, and budgeted expenses.
  • Communicate with studios to internationalize projects, ensuring a smooth localization process.
  • Localization asset preparation, coordination, and management between divisions/departments and external vendors.
  • Communicate between localization contacts within the team, territories, and localization vendors.
  • Ensure smooth project running and swift issue identification and resolution.
  • Ensure consistent results across all assets for each game.
  • Perform other duties as set forth by the Company.

Requirements:

  • Written and verbal fluency in Arabic or Korean desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of software internationalization and localization principles.
  • Proven experience in translation, localization, or games production.
  • Proven experience in project management within the entertainment or communication industries.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel.
  • Ability to produce high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and resolve problems.
  • Ability to work on several tasks at once with frequent interruptions while meeting sensitive deadlines.
  • Understanding of different cultures and cross-cultural differences.
