Front Office Internship at Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Front Office team as an Intern. As a Front Office Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Front Office services and enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 months as part of your study
