About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to join our Finance & Risk Data Domain team. As a Business Developer, you will play a critical role in sourcing data for our stakeholders in Finance and Risk. Your primary responsibility will be to understand financial products and how they are reflected in our systems, and to propose how data can be functionally mapped and reported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse data in our systems and propose data mapping and reporting solutions
  • Investigate requirements, support the creation of functional mappings, and coordinate solutions for gap closures
  • Work with different data models and link them together for sourcing purposes
  • Act as a liaison between data users and data owners to connect data needs to data sources
  • Contribute to the transition from our current sourcing method to the Federated Data Governance Model
Working Environment

You will be part of our Finance & Risk Data Domain, which is part of the Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG). Our team consists of 250+ international professionals with diverse backgrounds, driven to bring risk data management to a higher level. We work in an Agile operating model, and our Finance and Risk Data Domain consists of 5 teams with a dynamic, open, and informal atmosphere.

Requirements
  • Higher professional education (Bsc.) or degree (WO/Msc.)
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a data domain, preferably in Finance Reporting or Risk Management
  • In-depth exposure to banking products and ability to participate in data modelling activities
  • Knowledge of Data Management, including sourcing, transformation, and data lineage
  • Ability to analyse data quality and recommend improvements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Scrum/DevOps teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
