We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE professional to join our team at Vanderlande Industries BV. As an HSE Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our Veghel Campus in achieving a proactive safety culture.

• Connect with local HSE stakeholders within Manufacturing, Physical Distribution, Test Centers, and Facility Management to ensure a safe working environment.
• Translate ambitious long-term goals and objectives into smaller, feasible work packages to drive HSE performance.
• Bring balance to local HSE plans and targets set by Corporate HSE, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Track and trace reported incidents, near misses, hazard reports, and improvement actions related to these reports.
• Perform root cause analysis on accidents and incidents at the Veghel Campus to identify areas for improvement.
• Align with HSE colleagues on site and other Vanderlande sites to ensure a cohesive approach to HSE management.
• Support the implementation of Corporate HSE Standards and contribute to Vanderlande's growth towards a proactive safety culture.

• A passion for safety, health, and the environment.
• Mastering the Dutch language is a must.
• Middle-level Veiligheidskunde, Integrale Veiligheidskunde, or comparable education in HSE Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, with proven knowledge of subjects like electrical safety, machine safety, mobile transportation and warehouse safety, environmental management, hazardous substances, and contractor safety.
• Good communication skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to analyze information and produce written reports.
