As a key member of our UX team, you will play a critical role in accelerating the UX transformation and bringing the user voice into our Adult category business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and drive the implementation of the UX strategy and priorities in line with business needs.
- Co-build the UX Adult strategy in close collaboration with SN R&I and Marketing teams.
- Uncover relevant user pain points, delighters, and sensory insights and translate them into tangible actions for the development of meaningful user experiences.
- Facilitate UX workshops with internal teams and consumers.
- Lead and deliver the sensory and consumer insights roadmap to inspire and impact business growth.
- More than 8 years of successful experience in Sensory Design and Consumer research.
- PhD or Master Degree in Sensory and consumer research with a strong expertise in consumer studies and product design.
- Passion for bringing consumer insights into technical design guidelines for our innovation.
- Ability to drive conviction-based arguments and activities – challenging the status quo, driving the consumer transformation.
- Business and results-oriented, demonstrating insight mindset with high-level critical thinking and business relevance.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for dealing with and influencing a variety of people.
