About the Role

We are seeking an experienced API Developer to join our team at Schiphol Group. As an API Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining APIs that facilitate the automated data exchange between Schiphol's information systems and its ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing REST APIs and Streaming APIs
  • Reviewing code, pair programming, and sharing knowledge
  • Supporting our internal clients
  • Taking part in our drive to continuously improve
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs
  • Experienced in Java programming and worked with Java for at least five years
  • A relevant bachelor's and master's degree
  • Good knowledge of our technology stack: Reactor, Confluent Kafka, Elasticsearch, OpenShift/Docker, Micronaut
What We Offer
  • € 4401 to € 6128 gross per month (Schaal 11)
  • A 13th month (year-end bonus)
  • The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week
