Job Summary

As a Senior Helicopter Pilot with NHV GROUP, you will be responsible for performing operations to offshore installations, vessels, and wind turbines in the North Sea.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain familiarity with relevant Belgian, Dutch, and International air legislation and agreed aviation practices and procedures;
  • Perform the operation according to the NHV standard operating procedures;
  • Responsible for the overall safe conduct of the flight (i.e., route planning, fuel checks, navigation, terrain monitoring,...);
  • Responsible for the safety of the occupants and cargo during the flight;
  • Maintain high levels of conduct and personal discipline as an ambassador for NHV;
  • Must be able to manage their rest in order to be prepared for flight duty at all times during their duty;
  • Must be service-oriented and demonstrated ability to make a positive impression, including a strong capability to effectively interact with passengers;
  • Must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to adjust to changes;

Requirements

  • EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL(H));
  • EASA Class 1 Medical;
  • EASA Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) (H)ME + IFR night;
  • ATPL(H) theory and MCC certificate;
  • Type rating: AS365 N3, H145;
  • Total expected flight hours: 2000 on rotary wing, 1000 as PIC, 500 on Multi-Engine;
  • HHO experience: 200 hours relevant HHO experience in helicopters, 200 hoist cycles offshore, 50 cycles at night;
  • Living within 4 hours' drive from Rotterdam;

Skills

  • English Proficiency Level 4;
  • Dutch speaking/understanding is mandatory;
  • Good ICT knowledge (specific aviation software and administrative programs);
  • Flexible, team player, result-driven, and customer-focused;
