Business Consultant Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our Data Quality Issue Management team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Data Quality processes, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify and resolve data issues.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the Data Issues Management process, providing expert guidance to users and stakeholders
- Implement process improvements to structurally solve data issues for the bank
- Collaborate with Data Quality issue managers, Data Stewards, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to coordinate planning and execution of data issue resolution
- Create steering information to communicate towards users and senior management
- Develop and maintain documentation related to processes and procedures
- Analyze business data and create visualizations using Power BI to identify trends and provide insights into business performance
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision making and ensure compliance with governance standards
As a Business Consultant, you will become part of our core team Data Issue Management, responsible for the Data Quality Issue Management process within Central Data Office (CDO). Our team is dedicated to helping the bank control its Data Quality by creating transparency, enabling parties to take accountability for solving issues, making the process more efficient, and creating the right insights to enable correct decision making.
Your ProfileWe are looking for a candidate who is a good listener, loves to network, and can handle conflicts and different opinions. You should have practical skills, such as working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira, Power BI, and be able to take stakeholders along and inform management. A Master's degree and more than 5 years of full-time working experience are required. Experience in data and/or process management, familiarity with behavioral change and/or Data Quality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and related tools and technologies are also essential.
What We Offer- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits.
