Nutreco, a leading provider of innovative and sustainable animal nutrition solutions, is seeking a skilled Business Application Specialist to join our Quality/LIMS team. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in translating stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with our LIMS vendor, and providing support for our Laboratory Information Management System (Labvantage LIMS).

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our LIMS vendor to develop and implement software solutions and integrations, ensuring seamless data collection and harmonization across our global laboratories.
  • As a subject matter expert, you will provide technical guidance and support to our users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to maximize the benefits of our LIMS system.
  • You will be responsible for defining and monitoring the quality and performance of our application, ensuring it meets the highest standards of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience with LIMS (Labvantage LIMS) and ERP (Infor M3) systems, as well as relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server).
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL, coding (e.g., Java), and ITIL processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
