We are looking for an Assembly Line Specialist to join our team in Waalwijk. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient packing of a wide range of bread products. Your tasks will include setting up and monitoring the packing process, running production lines at optimal cost, and maintaining product quality standards.

**Job Description**

As an Assembly Line Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with large boxes and moving pallets. You will be responsible for:

  • Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting the entire packing process;
  • Running production lines at optimal cost;
  • Maintaining product quality standards (BRC/IFS and HACCP);
  • Solving small faults independently and switching to Technical Service in complex situations;
  • Cleanliness of machines and work environment.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least LBO or MBO level;
  • A good work attitude and positive attitude;
  • Reliability as a colleague that the team can count on;
  • Accurate problem-solving ability;
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus.

  • Allowances for working certain hours (34%, 37% or 100%);
  • Overtime allowance of 125% (1st 8 hours after 152) or 150% (> 160 hours per period);
