Je taken

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de aannemer van de Stations (HVDC), het leveren van het hulpstroomsysteem, het koelsysteem van de converter, aarding en verbindingen en EMC. Je werkt met de TenneT-eisen, contractuele verplichtingen en voorschriften. Tegelijkertijd ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de engineering, installatie en inbedrijfstelling door de civiele aannemer en draag je bij aan een gesynchroniseerd interfaceproces tussen de stations en de civiele scope. Jouw missie:

  • Managen van de doelen van het overkoepelende 2 GW programma
  • Coördinatie van het subproject HVDC-hulpsystemen
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan de Project Lead HVDC, inclusief rapportage en inzichten

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Managen van het subproject Hulpsystemen, in lijn met doelen, eisen en contractuele specificaties
  • Planning van projectuitvoering, evaluatie van expertise en teammanagement
  • Motiveren van het consortium/de aannemer om kwaliteit te leveren binnen de afgesproken tijdlijnen
  • Singel point of contact voor belanghebbenden, vergemakkelijken van vlotte communicatie
  • Zorgen voor tijdige bestelling en levering van benodigdheden, identificeren van interfaces voor coördinatie
  • Verstrekken van noodzakelijke informatie voor planning, documentbeheer en risicobeheer
  • Bijdragen aan en het goede voorbeeld geven in het absorberen van de cultuur van actieve bijdrage aan een veilige werkomgeving
  • Samenwerken met experts en teams, leren van lessen uit eerdere grote projecten

Je profiel en achtergrond

  • BSc-achtergrond in Elektrotechniek of verwant vakgebied met minstens 5 jaar ervaring
  • Ervaring met de dynamiek van het beheren van grote infrastructuurprojecten
  • Uitgebreide technische kennis en een grote interesse in LV distributiesystemen
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden
  • Initiatief, aanpassingsvermogen en intentie en een enthousiaste teamplayer
  • Openstaan voor incidentele internationale zakenreizen en deelnemen aan teambuilding activiteiten
  • Uitstekend in zowel Nederlands als Engels
