Key Responsibilities

As a Business Developer at Demcon, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and collaborating with our project managers and system engineers to deliver high-quality projects.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and requirements
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally
  • Collaborating with our project managers and system engineers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers
  • Providing commercial support to our project teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A technical Bachelor or Master's degree
  • At least 5 years of commercial work experience in a technical projects organization
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to assess customer needs and opportunities for Demcon
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
  • A willingness to travel internationally
  • Residency near one of our Demcon locations, Enschede or Delft
