Job Title: Change Communications Specialist

Maersk is seeking a skilled Change Communications Specialist to join our Strategy Transformation Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving clearly defined communication activities supporting Strategy and Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating activities including creation of content assets, planning global webcasts and townhalls, maintaining and updating intranet/SharePoint sites, and managing communication agency relationships.
  • Developing content for employee communication channels including intranet articles, newsletters, infographics, digital signage, and videos.
  • Supporting executive engagements and senior stakeholder communications with engaging presentation materials and talking points.
  • Support execution of overall change communications plan in line with the Maersk Communications and Brand guidelines.
  • Providing direct change communications support to the Transformation programme team.
  • Track, report completion of change communications deliverables, signal and anticipate on risk and roadblocks to the Transformation Leads.
  • Managing communications to the Management Team and Terminal Managing Directors.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years in a change management and/or internal communications role.
  • Near native English speaker.
