Job Title: Meat Processing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at Central Job in The Hague. Our client is a leading company in the meat processing industry, offering a challenging and dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deboning different types of meat according to established procedures and quality standards
  • Removing bones, cartilage, and other unwanted parts of the meat
  • Ensuring the quality of the meat meets the required specifications
  • Cleaning and maintaining the workplace and tools
  • Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Experience as a deboner in the meat processing industry
  • Extensive knowledge of different cutting techniques and deboning of various types of meat
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to perform physically demanding work and handle sharp tools
  • Flexible working attitude and willingness to work in shifts
