This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model, offering 80% remote work from Switzerland.

As an ERP Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Design Leadership: Develop and maintain the overall design and architecture of the enterprise system.
* Solution Architecture Development: Craft and shape the architecture of ERP solutions, focusing on financial and operational domains.
* System Implementation and Integration: Lead the deployment of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms and technologies.
* Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with departments to capture and translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
* Technical Advisory: Provide expert-level guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on ERP solutions and their application.
* Quality Standards: Ensure development and deployment practices adhere to industry standards and best practices.
* Feature Monitoring & Lifecycle Management: Track new functionalities and updates, assessing their impact on business workflows.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in designing and implementing ERP systems, ideally in the financial and operational sectors.
* Profound knowledge in configuring and tailoring ERP systems, with strong experience in integrating with cloud-based platforms and automation tools.
* Exceptional analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical and business challenges.
* Fluent in delivering clear, impactful communication and presentations in English and German.
* Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and driving collaboration across diverse teams.
