Procurement Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Expert to join our team at Dorel Juvenile Group. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and contracting suppliers for our NPR categories.

Main Responsibilities

• Negotiate and maintain contracts, prices, delivery terms, and other relevant conditions.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance for NPR suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate risks for assigned NPR categories.
• Initiate and analyze RFP/RFI/RFQs for European NPR projects.
• Execute tenders, benchmarks, and negotiations in line with strategic category plans.
• Manage procurement tools, including contract management systems and ERP.
• Report on KPIs and added value.

Requirements

• Higher or academic education.
• Experience in Non-Product Related purchasing, preferably in an international environment.
• Analysis and problem-solving competency, with experience using Business Intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Affinity with technology.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• A salary between 3500 and 4500, based on experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
• A 32-40 hour workweek, with the option to work hybrid up to 3 days.
