About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Chief Governance and Technology Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of internal controls, CCM, and process improvements in relation to finance and accounting in IT/Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective internal controls and risk management strategies
- Manage and maintain CCM and process improvements in finance and accounting
- Provide expertise in IT systems and controls, including SAP-related controls
- Lead data analytics, BI/dashboarding initiatives, and project management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business acumen and judgement
- Ensure professional communication and strong ethical standards
