Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior HR Tech Specialist to join our Global HR Technology Team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling, maintaining, and innovating our current systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge solutions to stay at the forefront of innovation
- Identify opportunities for technological advancements and guide the team towards new horizons
- Maintain and support all integrations and develop new ones
- Build and maintain the configuration and interaction between different data sources/systems
- Design custom layouts using BIRT
- Design, build, and test new reports and dashboards
- Support with configuration of existing HCM functionality
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Systems Integrations experience in an international environment
- Proficiency in tools like Workday Studio, BIRT, EIBs, and similar technologies
- Strong believer in leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within HR
- Agility in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
