We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through the delivery of expert advice and product recommendations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge of our extensive product range, including natural ingredients and Community Trade programmes that make a real difference to communities around the world.

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Building strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Working closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, including their ingredients, benefits, and usage

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career development.
