Product Leader

At Marktlink, we are looking for a skilled Product Leader to take our tech software to the next level. This role involves managing and developing in-house software tools and databases within our organization.

1. Lead projects from concept to implementation;
2. Prioritize system developments and adjustments based on business needs;
3. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders;
4. Collaborate with the Development Manager and web developers to ensure software tools meet business needs;
5. Act as a primary contact for software-related questions and issues;
6. Work closely with the Manager Tech to align technical vision and strategy;
7. Directly engage with web developers to support technical implementation;
8. Conduct tests and audits to ensure software quality;
9. Provide training and support for users in collaboration with the Digital Adoption Manager;
10. Resolve technical issues and user queries related to software tools.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in project management and leading multidisciplinary teams;
• Experience with system integrations and data management;
• Familiarity with programming languages and development tools is a plus;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent command of English and Dutch language.
