We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to play a vital role in our civil engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating the execution of diverse projects within the specified time, budget, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed specifications and cost estimates as a work preparer.
  • Coordinate area surveys, such as land surveys, soil investigations, and geotechnical advice.
  • Support the project manager by preparing reports and quotes, and assist the drafter during the design process.
  • Engage with stakeholders and various parties to ensure project alignment.
  • Participate in the development of bid documents and assist in contract negotiations.
  • Potential growth opportunity to become a project manager.

Requirements
  • Minimum mbo-level education in Civil Engineering/Infrastructure.
  • Experience in work preparation/design is desirable.
  • Familiarity with contract management and modern contract forms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain an overview.
  • Proficiency in creating AutoCAD drawings, calculations, and schedules.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language.
