• Develop and implement an IT security strategy with a focus on current threats and state-of-the-art security solutions for IT and OT systems.
• Secure the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, clients, networks, mobile devices, internet portals, cloud services, VPN, and backup systems.
• Operate and optimize security systems, including EDR, MDR, penetration testing, email security, and firewall.
• Conduct security analyses, vulnerability assessments, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with NIS2 requirements, including risk analyses, security measures, incident management, and emergency manual.
• Integrate security requirements into IT and company processes.

• Degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in IT security, ideally in a production environment with OT.
• Knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, penetration testing, system administration, and email security.
• Experience with security systems such as EDR, MDR, penetration testing, email security, and firewall.
• Familiarity with NIS2 guidelines and their implementation.
• Analytical thinking and practice-oriented way of working.
• Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
