We are currently seeking a seasoned Manager of Finance and Financial Control to spearhead our Financial Shared Service Center. This role involves overseeing a dedicated team of approximately 14 professionals, including Accountants and Financial Controllers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless interactions with both regional and corporate offices.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach. You should possess experience in managing teams within a dynamic multinational environment. Your primary responsibilities will include driving process simplification, automation, and maintaining control over End-to-End business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative and professional team environment;
  • Ensure timely completion of critical financial tasks (A/R, Payroll, Accruals, Financial Statements, Operations);
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze departmental costs and provide necessary guidance;
  • Oversee the general ledger for multiple entities;
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including compliance with IFRS and local GAAP;
  • Contribute to the financial management of the company, including supervision of account reconciliations and reporting;
  • Engage in external audit processes;
  • Coordinate investigations and adjustments for discrepancies between IFRS and local GAAP;
  • Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and support ERP system upgrades;
  • Support the development of an integrated Business Intelligence system.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools is a plus;
  • Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is advantageous;
  • Authorization to work in the relevant region.
