We are seeking an Electric Mobility HR Specialist to join our team at EVBox. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of electric mobility, ensuring that our employees have the best possible experience throughout their employment journey.

About the Role

As an Electric Mobility HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to employees worldwide, completing HR tasks in our Jira HR ticketing system, and preparing contractual documents based on employee entity/location.

You will also act as a go-to person for employees, facilitating their needs by providing information, guidance on processes, and administrative support. Additionally, you will collaborate with external vendors, contribute to various projects aimed at improving internal processes, and hold a critical mindset regarding all processes in place.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to employees worldwide
  • Completing HR tasks in our Jira HR ticketing system
  • Preparing contractual documents based on employee entity/location
  • Acting as a go-to person for employees
  • Collaborating with external vendors
  • Contributing to various projects aimed at improving internal processes
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices. You should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and basic knowledge of employment law and regulations in EVBox's operating countries.

A solid knowledge of human resources principles and best practices, proficiency in using MS Office, and experience working in a manufacturing company or international organization would be valued assets. You should also be proficient in English, both written and verbally, and have excellent communication skills.

A good sense of customer service, ability to handle sensitive information ethically and with discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for this role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience, as well as a range of benefits including health and wellbeing insurance, retirement programs, and social and recreational activities.
