Electrical Propulsion Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our Electrical Propulsion team. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for the engineering, delivery, and commissioning of our Electrical Propulsion projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project and Engineering Management from specification to delivery and sea-trials
- Liaising with colleagues from Sales, Design, Production, and Innovation Departments
- Communicating with Clients about project-specific details
- Addressing challenges that might arise during the project
- Generating project-specific documentation like design drawings and protocols
- Overseeing hardware and software configuration and testing for each system
- Organizing the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) together with the classification society and the Client
- Overseeing commissioning of the systems, either on site or remotely
- After Sales and Customer Support
- Supporting the development of the Electrical Propulsion System in all aspects

Requirements:- Technical bachelor's degree, preferably in automation and electrical engineering
- Several years of work experience with DC microgrids and/or Electrical/Hybrid Propulsion systems
- Experience in Project Management of multidiscipline engineering teams on a diverse range of scopes
- Experience in developing and maintaining good relationships with Clients
- Interested in working with Electrical propulsion and Automation systems
- Client-oriented attitude
- Ability to travel abroad
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Team player and a positive attitude
- English speaking required
