Senior Compounder

About the Opportunity

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a skilled Senior Compounder to join our team in the Manufacturing Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the manufacture of our bulk products, which will serve as the starting point for the fill-finish department and ultimately result in a high-quality pharma product batch.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment in accordance with cleanroom SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Dispense, compound, and filtrate Teva's sterile products with precision and attention to detail
• Assist in basic equipment maintenance as instructed by the Engineering team
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety procedures and good working practices to minimize accidents and incidents
• Perform operational duties to enhance the overall quality of the final product
• Maintain good housekeeping standards in your area(s) and in accordance with cGMP guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues in a quick and effective manner, contributing to site performance targets
• Report any instances of non-conformance to the management team
• Complete batch and associated manufacturing documentation right first time in accordance with SOPs and ensure compliance with cGMP

Requirements

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply them to pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English, with the willingness to improve your language skills if needed
• Ability to work as part of an operations team and set high performance standards for yourself and team members
