About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Threat Detection Engineering Lead to join our team at Swift. As a leader in cybersecurity, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing advanced threat detection systems to protect our secure financial messaging services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in the development and implementation of threat detection systems.
- Design and optimize SIEM solutions for on-premises and cloud environments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Define and implement a comprehensive threat detection strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of SIEM and EDR/XDR tools to identify and respond to security incidents in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate threat detection solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve our threat detection capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with SIEM technologies and EDR/XDR tooling.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in people management and project delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
