At BESTSELLER, our Responsible Sourcing function is a cornerstone of our Global Supply Chain business unit. Our mission is to drive sustainable and efficient sourcing through collaborative partnerships with world-class manufacturers. We establish and implement policies for due diligence and responsible sourcing practices across our global supply chain, ensuring robust social, labor, chemical, and environmental standards in our products and manufacturing sites. Our goal is to pioneer industry solutions that address the most pressing social and environmental challenges across our supply chain. In addition, we work closely with other Business Units within BESTSELLER to support and deliver on brand purchasing and sales strategies, as well as our Fashion FWD Sustainability Strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Responsible Sourcing department in navigating and meeting the growing reporting demands related to human rights, environmental impacts, and product safety risks across BESTSELLER's global supply chain.
- Conduct a detailed gap analysis of existing supply chain reporting systems against new and evolving regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve transparency and reporting across the supply chain.
