Job Title: Senior Omnichannel Designer

At Foot Locker, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Omnichannel Designer to join our in-house creative and content team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and maintaining brand integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative and visually compelling designs for online and offline marketing channels
  • Translate brand guidelines and marketing objectives into effective design solutions
  • Create mockups and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, color schemes, and imagery across all channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine assets and style guides
  • Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, web developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with team members to brainstorm ideas, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback into the creative process
  • Support creation and maintenance of an archive of all materials developed by the in-house creative team
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in design, either in a similar work environment or with an advertising agency
  • 2-4 years of experience overseeing large campaigns
  • 1-2 years of experience attending and supporting shoots (preferably in an art-direction role)
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Bridge, etc)
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other European languages is a strong plus
  • Good communication skills with ability to develop relationships with internal and external clients
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes, excellent planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback as part of the creative process
  • Ability to think and design commercially
