Job Title: Manager/Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, TPg Alumni and Student Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our TPg Alumni and Student Services Team as a Manager/Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, coordinate student activities, and contribute to the development of a sense of belonging and engagement within the faculty's virtual house system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the TPg Alumni and Student Services Team, including coordinating student activities, events, and executive trainings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of student services and programs, including orientation, inauguration, and graduation celebrations.
  • Support the student leaders and create a sense of belonging and engagement within the faculty's virtual house system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.

Requirements:

  • A good Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year's full-time work experience, preferably in taught postgraduate programme administration, student affairs, or event management in a tertiary institution.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • The ability to multi-task, pay attention to details, and work well both independently and in a team.
