About the RoleThis is a critical position that requires a strong background in clinical research, preferably with experience in an FSP model. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you'll be embedded in our client's team, managing a team of 8 TMF (Trial Master File) specialists. Your primary objective will be to ensure the continued success of the client relationship, driving key project metrics and maintaining exceptional performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 8 TMF specialists to deliver high-quality results
- Develop and implement strategies to drive client satisfaction and project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to ensure mutual understanding
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Strong background in clinical research, preferably with FSP experience
- Proven track record of people management and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
