Job Description
This role involves coordinating logistics planning and control of multi-modal inbound and outward shipments. You will monitor and maintain shipping records and data to ensure compliance with Dutch and International laws and regulations. This also includes ensuring that all import duties and obligations by third parties are timely and correctly processed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating logistics planning and control of multi-modal inbound and outward shipments
- Monitoring and maintaining shipping records and data to ensure compliance with Dutch and International laws and regulations
- Ensuring processes and procedures are followed to maintain compliance with domestic and international trade rules, regulations, and laws
- Ensuring that Compressors and Compressor components arrive at their destination on time, worldwide
- Ensuring that all import duties and obligations by third parties are timely and correctly processed
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in logistics, with some trade compliance knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of shipping terms and processes
- Expert proficiency of international shipping
- Full understanding of Incoterms 2020
- Firm understanding of VAT regulations
- Experience within Logistics, with some trade compliance knowledge
- Experience in database management and handling large volumes of data
