As a key member of our project organization, you will be responsible for leading the electrical discipline and inspiring our team to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

* Review and discuss project development information and work demarcation
* Monitor the quality of engineering work and ensure correct interfacing and integration of all data
* Ensure timely correct plan drawings and technical specifications
* Design codes, rules, and regulations
* Review and approve engineering documentation and completeness of scope
* Initiate corrective measures to solve upcoming problems and monitor follow-up to ensure high-quality output
* Organize work to achieve goals within said time
* Report to the Electrical Engineering Coordinator

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or Secondary Vocational Education with relevant work experience in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum of 5 years of experience
* Analytical, passionate, persuasive, result-oriented, and a good team player
* Proactive and problem-solving approach
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD/Rhinoceros
* Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
