Job Description
As a Hotel Quality Assurance Manager, your primary role will be to supervise and coordinate the cleaning operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. You will work closely with the Room Attendants, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily cleaning schedules and room assignments;
- Conducting regular quality inspections to identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborating with the housekeeping team to develop and implement effective cleaning strategies;
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, industry regulations, and hygiene standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving exceptional results. A strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices is essential, as well as experience working in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Additionally, you should have:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Fluent English language skills, with Dutch proficiency a plus.
