About the Role
As a Customer Service Expert at Medtronic, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. This role is part of the Customer Care & Order Operations team, responsible for executing Order-To-Cash processes and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints and disputes
- Execute critical business tasks and drive sales success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nordic language
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and order management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
