Philips is seeking a highly skilled Platform Architect to drive the introduction and adoption of enterprise architectural principles in the field of Patient Safety & Quality (PS&Q) and Enabling Functions.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement enterprise architectural principles to support business requirements in PS&Q and Enabling Functions.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand their needs and create a technology roadmap for applicable domains.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in PS&Q and Enabling Functions technologies and drive the development of shared assets.
  • Set up and maintain the inner source way of working for shared assets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (computer science or equivalent) with 15+ years' experience.
  • Extensive experience with AI, ML, business process management, and RPA to automate and simplify End-to-end business processes at scale.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing business applications in PS&Q and Enabling Functions.
  • Proven business process expertise in various functional areas focused mainly on PS&Q and HR.
  • Expertise in architecting and designing solutions using SOA/Rest/Micro Service patterns.
  • Expertise in data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with cloud computing on Microsoft Azure as well as AWS.
  • Industry-specific knowledge/interest in regulatory compliance, QMS frameworks, Legal processes, HR processes.
  • Experience collaborating with 3rd party SaaS providers.
  • Strong Project management understanding of Agile methodologies, budgeting, and resource management.
