XITE is a leading music video experience company that revolutionized the way audiences engage with music. With a presence in 100 million households across multiple territories, we're dedicated to building the best music video experience in the world.
About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team, focusing on TV apps interfaces and occasionally on web and mobile platforms. As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centric experiences that enhance how users engage with content on TV screens.
Responsibilities- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our TV platforms.
- Develop high-quality mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to turn business goals and user needs into practical designs.
- Ensure consistency in UI elements and design patterns across the TV experience.
- 2-5 years of experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally in B2C environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing and an iterative design process.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Jira and Design Systems.
- Fluency in English.
- Based in the Netherlands, with regular office attendance required.
