About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Engineer Field to join our team in Schiedam, The Netherlands. As a Senior Service Engineer Field, you will be responsible for commissioning and servicing navigation systems, conducting system checks, and coordinating the bringing into service of complex equipment and constructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning and service of navigation systems
  • System checks of complex equipment and constructions
  • Coordination and carrying out the bringing into service of equipment and constructions
  • Accompanying test drives and warranty engineering
  • Presentation and handing over of equipment and systems to customers and classification societies
  • Carrying out repairs and installations, including configuration and parameterization
Requirements
  • Technical degree in a relevant field (electrical, automation, navigation) or equivalent
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in comparative positions
  • Structured and practical way of working with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent social and intercultural skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently around the world
