About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Operator to join our dynamic team in the AGF sector. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for expertly packaging various fresh products, ensuring they meet established quality standards and are prepared for transportation.

You will operate advanced packaging machines, optimizing the packaging process and leading your colleagues to achieve efficiency goals. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate packaging machines to package fresh produce according to quality standards
  • Lead and coordinate colleagues to optimize production line efficiency
  • Ensure all products are properly prepared for transportation
  • Work in a two-shift system and occasionally on Saturdays
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Packaging Operator in the AGF sector
  • Willingness to learn technical aspects of packaging machines
  • Leadership and supervisory qualities
  • Own transportation required
