About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Administrator to join our Wearables division at Survitec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing and planning the delivery of customer orders across a range of Survitec safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and process customer orders, including custom and special orders that may require additional resources for delivery
  • Conduct calls to allocated customers to resolve queries and complaints about work in progress
  • Provide quotes for local business as needed, ensuring standard pricing and terms are applied
  • Issue certificates promptly and ensure all associated systems are updated accurately
  • Respond to and resolve complex issue escalations promptly and appropriately
  • Plan and coordinate technicians to deliver servicing installation, maintenance, and repairs
  • Schedule and send trip reports to clients where applicable
  • Communicate the service delivery plan effectively, ensuring that the plan reflects the resources available
  • Collaborate with stores colleagues and monitor stock levels to ensure all scheduled work can be delivered

About You

We are looking for an individual with administrative experience, preferably in the service industry, who is proficient in Microsoft Office packages and educated to a standard high school level. Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written, is also essential.
