Key Responsibilities

• Setup and basic maintenance of machine tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Machining of components according to specification, adhering to strict quality control standards.
• Arrangement of tools and fixtures to optimize production processes.
• Use of measuring equipment to ensure accurate measurements and quality control.
• Quality control of own work to meet high standards of precision and quality.
• Use of other equipment, such as drill presses, hand tools, and band saws, to complete tasks efficiently.
• Use of overhead cranes to move heavy equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
• Continuous improvement in processes and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintaining a clean, positive, safe work environment to ensure a healthy and productive workspace.
