We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager/ HR Business Partner to support our regions North-West & South. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a successful track record of HR management and business partnering in a matrix international organization.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the existing HR vision and strategy within your regions, together with your team, encompassing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, providing robust HR leadership and direction to the European HR team;
- Inspire and lead the HR teams in your regions, transforming them towards business partnering;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as executive management and business leaders, closely working with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Talent Development, Change Management, PMO, and the Finance team;
- Drive local compensation and benefits strategies for the North-West and South regions, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities within your client groups;
- Contribute to the broader (EU) HR teams, working beyond a regional remit;
- Be known for clear communication and setting data-driven HR goals based on business drivers, ensuring HR addresses underlying people issues to solve business challenges;
- Provide input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans, partnering with the business on change management, organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment;
- Stay updated on labour market trends regarding reward strategies and the economy, translating these into opportunities and risks for the company;
- Focus on the digitization and harmonization of processes, systems, and data measurement;
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and retain the right candidates, identifying opportunities to rotate and develop internal talent.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or related field;
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Manager and HR Business Partner, with expertise in Dutch labor law, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully operating at a senior HR level and thriving in hands-on, transitional environments;
- Proven coaching experience at senior management level and exceptional influencing skills;
- Comfortable working in a highly matrixed international organization undergoing transitions, driving HR transformations;
- Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention, and reward and benefits programs;
- Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, strategies, and initiatives to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of commercial HR within the company;
- Ability to use data-driven analysis to identify problems and build solutions;
- Strong project/program management skills, preferably with Prince2;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
