About the Role

Nintendo of Europe SE is seeking a highly skilled European Legal Advisor to join our team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany or Windsor, United Kingdom. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert legal advice on European commercial law, contracts, and consumer protection law to support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on European commercial law, contracts, and consumer protection law to Nintendo of Europe business units, Nintendo Japan Legal department, and European local markets.
  • Support legal drafting and reviewing of letters, contracts, and other corporate law or commercial law-related documents for the European region.
  • Collaborate with and receive guidance from the Senior European Legal Advisors in the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business units and other legal teams.

Requirements

  • German law degree or law degree of another European country, a Master of Law would be a plus.
  • At least two years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or as in-house lawyer.
  • Excellent knowledge of European civil law, consumer law, and corporate law.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, German, Italian or Polish would be a plus.
  • Well-structured and process-oriented thinking as well as diligent style of work.
  • Very good communication skills paired with a team-oriented mindset.
