We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Application Manager to join our IT Service Management organization at Knab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage roles and entitlements for employees to provide access to systems based on necessity.
  • Facilitate automatic role assignments and manage authorization requests.
  • Ensure timely access reviews and collaborate with the IAM team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee Jira, our primary ITSM tool, and manage authorization design and project workflows.

The IT Services team is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences to our colleagues. We are organized around Valuestreams, with multiple agile teams and support departments focused on Customer Propositions such as Daily Use, Financial Freedom, and Lending.

Requirements
  • Service-oriented and approachable with strong communication skills.
  • Pragmatic, analytical, and structured with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch (written and spoken) and experience with or willingness to learn Azure Active Directory, IdentityNow, and Jira.
  • Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) and knowledge of ticketing systems.
